Deansgate Square is a groundbreaking development comprising four glazed towers reaching a breathtaking 64 storeys in the heart of Manchester.  The development consists of 1,500 luxury apartments and exclusive penthouses. Residents can enjoy luxury facilities such as a lap and vitality swimming pool, indoor tennis courts, a gym and leisure suite.

West Tower will be the single most high profile residential-led development the city has seen and will incorporate 2.7 acres of imaginative public realm including a new riverside plaza.

FT Leisure designed and installed the water treatment and filtration systems and the stainless steel welded pool tanks, in partnership with Berndorf Bäderbau.
