Albert Avenue Baths was originally built in 1958 and contains an indoor main pool and learner pool. In addition, there was an outdoor lido pool, which was used only for Kayak training (the outdoor pool had no filtration system, it was a static body of water). FT Leisure were appointed to carry out a full refurbishment of the indoor pool filtration systems and the design, supply and installation of our FTMicron4® microfiltration system for the outdoor lido. The lido is now designed for public swimming and the addition of a new splashpad will make this a destination facility.
