FT secure Fulham FC roof pool!

Fulham FC are redeveloping the Riverside Stand at Craven Cottage to create London’s new destination facility. FT Leisure have been appointed to deliver the outdoor swimming pool, which will form part of a luxury leisure facility on the top floor of the stand.

The Cottagers have purchased a segment of the River Thames, to allow them to build a boardwalk and extend the stand. The new stand, which will cost £100million, will be just one part of an overall project titled “Fulham Pier”, aimed at turning the area into “London’s next great destination”, making it a popular area for visitors on non-matchdays.

The traditional Riverside Stand has now been fully demolished; work is already underway on its replacement, with foundation piling into the Thames complete.

FT Leisure will be providing water treatment and filtration technology and the bespoke infinity edge pool tank, in association with our partners Myrtha Pools.
