Further exciting projects for 2018

F T Leisure has been appointed to deliver the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and Aquasana spa facility at the exciting new Center Parcs, Longford (Ireland). 9 pool filtration systems, multiple aqua play structures, water features, rides, lazy river, rapids river and our wave machine.

All the latest innovative aquatic technology for the world’s largest holiday park destination. The project is €250m and runs from now to May 2019.

 

New Addington Leisure Centre

F T Leisure has been selected as the swimming pool contractor for the new sports facility for Croydon Council. The facility includes a 25m main pool & learner pool. Our client is Willmott Dixon and this is now our 23rd Project with them which is a great achievement.

At this point, we’re appointed to commence design, with full order expected early 2018.

Sheerwater Leisure Centre

This is a new 25m 6 lane pool. We are appointed as pool consultant to the architect, Pozzoni. The build is now out to tender to main contractors, so we are currently pricing the install.

 

The Mount, Oswestry

We’re going back to finish something we started. F T started work on this project about 10 years ago – during construction, the project was mothballed. They now want it finishing early 2018. This is a residential project; not really a market we operate in now but we don’t want to do half a job.

 

BBC TV

This is a new build including 3No swimming pools (lap pool, relaxation pool and roof pool) with water treatment and filtration system. This will be a full installation contract.

The main contractor is Soho House, the architect is AHMM (Allford Hall Monaghan Morris), the engineer is ARUP and the consultant is Devin.
